Today I had the pleasure of going on an excursion to the Macarthur Centre for Sustainability with one of our educators in Mount Annan. All of the children loved visiting the chickens, pig and goat. They were then very busy cooking in the 'bush kitchen'. We were able to wander around the vegetable gardens and see the fresh produce that had just been picked. The children were also very excited to feed the goat and pig their left over morning tea of apples and bananas.
